That is also why I would lean toward the Helix for many heavier sleepers. More body weight amplifies every mattress’s softness. The Helix’s slightly firmer, less-sink-in feel gives heavier bodies a little more room before the comfort layers compress.
This is not a rule that says every back sleeper or every heavier sleeper must buy Helix. Body proportions, pain patterns, and personal preference still matter. But if you want a premium Medium that feels just a touch more stable underneath you, it is the safer starting point.
