The first thing I notice when I lie on the Karma Plush is how comfortable and responsive it feels. The Talalay latex gives you excellent pressure relief, but instead of slowly sinking into the mattress the way you do with memory foam, it responds immediately when you move. I rate it just slightly softer than a true medium, which gives it a very nice balance of cushioning and support. For someone who needs good shoulder and hip pressure relief but does not like the slow, enveloping feel of memory foam, this is one of my favorite alternatives. You get much of the pressure relief people are looking for from memory foam, but with the quicker response and more traditional on-top-of-the-mattress feel of latex. It is comfortable, supportive, easy to move around on, and when I consider the Talalay latex construction, responsiveness, support, expected durability, and price together, I think it is an exceptional mattress for the money.
