The Midnight Luxe gives you much of the same overall experience I like about the Midnight Elite at a considerably lower price. It has a slightly firmer feel and gives up some pressure relief compared with the Elite, and the comfort materials do not have quite the same dense, substantial feel as Helix's higher-end construction. But this is still a luxury mattress with very good support, comfort, and pressure relief. Where the Midnight Luxe really stands out is value—I think you are getting an exceptional mattress for the money. If budget is not a major consideration, I would step up to the Midnight Elite for the improved pressure relief, denser comfort materials, and more refined overall feel. But if the Midnight Elite stretches your budget, I have no hesitation recommending the Midnight Luxe. I do not think you will feel like you settled for a lesser-quality mattress.
